Reports directly to the Accounting Supervisor for assignments and instructions on Accounting matters. 2. Maintains the Club’s disbursements and payables. 3. To ensure timely payments of obligations to suppliers and government agencies to avoid penalties and additional charges. 4. To work in close coordination with Purchasing Department for a systematic and effective terms and manner of payments. 5. To maintain and monitor the Club’s purchases, inventory and storeroom.
