Are you a skilled bookkeeper with a knack for Xero and QuickBooks and a passion for teaching others? We’re looking for someone who not only thrives in numbers but also enjoys sharing their knowledge and helping others grow. If that sounds like you, keep reading! This is more than just a bookkeeping job. We're looking for someone to manage daily financial tasks and help upskill our team by sharing their expertise. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records while supporting a culture of learning. Manage accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Prepare BAS, GST, and payroll reports (as required) Maintain and update records in Xero and QuickBooks Provide training or guidance to staff on bookkeeping best practices Assist with internal process improvements Collaborate with management and external accountants Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations Proficient in Xero and QuickBooks Online/Desktop Solid experience in bookkeeping or accounting Passion for sharing knowledge and training others Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and people skills Xero or QuickBooks certification Experience with training or mentoring Familiarity with other tools like Hubdoc, Dext, or payroll systems Background in teaching, coaching, or team development 📨 How to Apply:🔍 About the Role:
