Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Monitoring and Data Analytics
- Regular tracking of key performance metrics (revenue, census) of CONGO, Non-CONGO, Ancillary
- Support pricing strategies for services based on market research and ROI analysis
- Present insights on product, pricing, and process recommendations based on analysis
Revenue Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve products/service utilization
Market Analysis
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify service gaps
- Analyze demographics, preference, and trends for new/existing services
Product/Service Development Support
- Collaborate with back-end and medical teams to develop new/existing services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course related to business, marketing, and sales
- Preferably with prior work experiences related to data analytics, market analysis, and sales
- Preferably with work experiences in the healthcare or hospital settings
