Are you a people person with excellent English communication skills? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can join our team on-site in Cebu City and start immediately!

What You'll Do:

• Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, or chat

• Resolve inquiries quickly and professionally

• Maintain accurate records of interactions

• Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has excellent written and spoken English

• Is dependable, proactive, and a quick learner

• Can work on-site in Cebu City

• Can start immediately

• Has prior CSR experience (preferred but not required)

• HR or U.S. healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
