REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Filipino At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Secretarial /Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Microsoft Office Package. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and edit correspondence,communications,presentations and other documents. File and Retrieve documents and reference materials. Conduct research,collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents. Manage and Maintain Executive's Schedules,appointment and travel arrangements. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events. Record,transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings. Monitor,screen,respond to and distribute incoming communications. Answer and manage incoming calls. Receive and Interact with incoming visitors. Liaise with internal staff at all levels. Coordinate project based work. Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
