Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 PHP

Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in  Secretarial /Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Office Package.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence,communications,presentations and other documents.
  • File and Retrieve documents and reference materials.
  • Conduct research,collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Manage and Maintain Executive's Schedules,appointment and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
  • Record,transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Monitor,screen,respond to and distribute incoming communications.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls.
  • Receive and Interact with incoming visitors.
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
  • Coordinate project based work.
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
