JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the following: The preparation of financial reports as assigned or directed by superiors. Adherence of financial reports with financial reporting standards and stakeholder requirements. Supervision of activities of financial reporting and analysis team. Liaising with external auditors for financial audits and compliance audits. FINANCIAL REPORTING Coordinates the timely preparation of financial reports and ensures submission to key stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Ensures adherence with financial reporting standards and the reporting requirements set by regulatory agencies and other stakeholders. Provides expert guidance to team members on financial reporting and analysis matters. ANALYSIS Collaborates with units/departments in understanding business activities; assesses requirements for effective management reporting. Designs and executes data analysis and prepares reports in line with management's goals, activities, and/or requirements. Interprets financial reports and presents to stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS Must be a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Economics, Financial Management, or equivalent. Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Preferably with at least 3 years of work experience in accounting and 1 year in a supervisory role. Advanced spreadsheet skills, strong background in financial accounting and financial reporting, trained and experienced in data analysis or business analytics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
