Head for Engineering & Compliance (Licensed RCE)

JOB SUMMARY

• Handles both Planning & Design Team and Safety and Compliance Team - overseeing the master planning of the hospital, facilitating its end-to-end process, as well as developing & reviewing policies as aligned with international standards and accreditations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a graduate of Engineering course, preferably Civil Engineering, or BS Architecture

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect 

• With at least 6 to 10 years of experience in related roles and/or in hospital settings

• With leadership experiences

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project budgeting, implementation, and monitoring

• Internal auditing in the workmanship and quality of the contractor

• Maintains technical competence in auditing standards, principles, and guideline applicable in the projects

• Development and review of the FMS (Facilities Management & Safety) policies in line with the ISO / ACI / JCI FMS standards in consultation with the different FMS Department and other stakeholders

• Ensure that a systematic assessment of Environmental, Health & Safety risk is conducted and reviewed which will form the basis for CSMC
