🧩 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating directly with our client to assist with HR functions

  • Handling employee files, onboarding, and administrative documentation

  • Coordinating schedules, interviews, and internal communication

  • Ensuring all HR records are updated, organized, and confidential

  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks as needed

  • Strong background in admin or HR support

  • Excellent spoken and written English — easy to understand and professional

  • Trustworthy, dependable, and discreet with sensitive information
