IT OFFICER for JAPANESE CUISINE INDUSTRY/MOA, PASAY

Qualification:

• - Graduate of any 2 or 4 years course with VB Programming, Rapid Tool Development or its equivalent
• - Experience in the POS industry is a plus.
• - At least 1 to 2 years IT technical support experience.
• - Knowledgeable in assembly and basic troubleshooting of computer hardware, CCTV configuration, network devices such as switches, routers installation and configuration.

Job Description:

• - The major responsibility is to provide support and maintain the usability of branch and office units (POS and computer)
• - Troubleshoot, monitor, and handle all hardware issues linked to the department, such as printers, mice, monitors, storage devices, CCTVs, and other peripherals,
• - Setting up computer hardware (desktop, Laptop, and POS units), operating systems, and applications.
• - Documenting system standards for computer and network devices, as well as network problems and resolutions for future use.
• - Monitors the internet connection of the office and branches
• - Monitors inventories of equipment and parts related to department
• - To ensure 100% uptime of all company computers, printers, CCTV, biometrics and other office devices.
