The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media, to effectively reach and engage our target audience
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including promotional materials, advertising content, and product information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure a cohesive brand experience and alignment with business objectives
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future initiatives
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging marketing technologies, and innovative strategies to continuously enhance the company's marketing efforts

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably within the consumer appliances or electronics industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM, social media, and analytics platforms.
