We're Hiring: Onsite Medical Scribe

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Scribe with experience in U.S. healthcare to join our team on-site. In this role, you will provide real-time documentation support to healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately transcribe physician-patient encounters in real-time

• Document medical histories, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans

• Ensure all documentation complies with HIPAA and confidentiality standards

• Collaborate with physicians to streamline workflow and improve efficiency

• Review and edit medical records for accuracy and completeness

• Stay updated on medical terminology and EHR systems

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical scribe in a U.S. healthcare setting (preferred)

• Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth)

• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

• Excellent listening, typing, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
