We are a growing healthcare support team looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Virtual Assistant to assist with patient care coordination and administrative tasks. If you have experience in handling medical-related calls, managing patient records, and working with EMR/EHR systems, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound & outbound calls for patient inquiries and follow-ups Manage patient scheduling, including appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups Process medication refills and lab requests efficiently Maintain and update EMR/EHR records with accuracy Assist with patient intake and ensure proper documentation Support social media management (SMM) for patient engagement and practice updates Qualifications: Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City Experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems Strong communication skills and ability to handle patient interactions with empathy Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in medical virtual assistance is a plus 📩 How to Apply:
