💼 Position: Spanish Customer Service Representative

🔹 About the Role:
As a Spanish Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of our brand for Spanish-speaking clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and friendly support through various channels such as phone, email, or chat.

💬 Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat

• Provide accurate product or service information

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer experience

✅ Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

• Must be currently residing in Cebu City

• Willing to work onsite

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to various tools/systems

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• BPO and US healthcare experience are a plus, but not required
