Training & Education Manager

Job Summary

As the Training Manager at Cardinal Santos Medical Center, you will play a vital role in the cascade of quality improvement process, policies and initiatives. This full-time position is based in San Juan City, Metro Manila and involves overseeing the planning, implementation and creation of training materials relative to quality management of the Hospital. 

Job Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering high-quality training program and materials that would support the quality management team.
• Collaborating with departmental managers to identify training requirements and design customized learning solutions.
• Facilitating training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training program and making continuous improvements based on feedback and data analysis.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Excellent understanding of adult learning principles and proven ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive training programmes.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proficient in using a variety of training delivery methods, including e-learning, virtual classrooms and in-person workshops
• Familiarity with relevant workplace training regulations and compliance requirements.
